  First time at this store. Well laid out, easy to find items of clothing. Good changing area, clean and tidy toilets. Friendly and efficient service from the staff. Definitely making a return visit.

  Agreed. Staff can be awkward too about use by dates on food in Prestatyn M and S. We've been asked to not buy stuff from the back of the display in the past not the front !! Got the glare a few times as staff seem to disregard that customers are paying and have an attidude that they are doing you a favour. Maybe because the food is twice the price ! Also some staff training needed on collection of food at the Prestatyn store. Met with an obnoxious staff response re pre ordered food and poor dates. Be wary and careful as staff said we'd paid and we had to have the food with very short dates. Not helpful in Prestatyn and very unhappy with staff there in the food collection. Cafe is good though upstairs makes up for the Food Collection staff and queues and attitude of 'take it or don't leave it as you've paid advance, regardless of poor sell by dates'. Go elsewhere and get better service, a lot of the food I've had this year in M and S has been disappointing, moreso the staff at the Food Checkout. Can be obnoxious to the paying customer and don't like to take food back due to poor dates if ordered, not good. Buyer beware.
